3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions.
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan limitations.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of AiRAMS, you agree to:

- Review all generated documents carefully before implementation or use
- Ensure generated documents are appropriate for your specific workplace conditions
- Comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Service
- Not use automated systems to access our Service without explicit permission
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
